Oak Brook, IL – April 10, 2017 - Central States Trucking (CST), founded in 1980, and currently one of the largest intermodal drayage companies in the United States (20 National Offices, with over 1,500 total Employees and Drivers), has acquired Atlantic Trucking Company.  The combined entity will be one of the few intermodal service providers offering over 1,000 drivers, which further adds to its market leading position servicing the top International and Domestic Intermodal Supply Chains in the U.S.   

All of the management, office staff, and drivers of Atlantic Trucking Company will transition to CST and will continue to provide the same high level of service as they have done for over 30-years.  CST expects to further increase its existing driver base to over 1,200 drivers by year end due to expected growth in the Southeast, along with some potential selective add-on acquisitions.

Central States Trucking (CST) Expands Midwest Service Model with Purchase of Triumph Transport, Inc. (TT).

Bensenville, IL – August 2, 2016 - Central States Trucking (CST), founded in 1980, and currently one of the fastest growing trucking companies in the Midwest and Southeast (14 National Offices, with close to 1,000 total Employees and Drivers), has acquired Triumph Transport, Inc.  The combined entity will become the largest and most complete Intermodal Drayage Service Provider in the state of Wisconsin and greater Milwaukee market.  

All of the management, office staff, and drivers of Triumph Transport will transition to CST and will continue to provide the same high level of service to the Wisconsin shippers and receivers as they have done since 2001.  CST expects to further increase its existing driver base in this location to over 150 drivers in the coming months due to new business brought on by this transaction.

All of the management, office staff, and drivers of Ace Cargo will transition to CST and will continue to provide the same high level of service to the Indianapolis shippers and receivers as they have done since 1997.  CST expects to further increase its existing driver base in this location to over 110 drivers in the coming months due to new business brought on by this transaction.

All of the management, office staff, and drivers of MMT and MMS will transition to Central States Trucking and will continue to provide the same high level of service to the Indianapolis shippers and receivers as they have done since 1999.  CST expects to further increase its existing driver base in this location to over 100 drivers in the coming months due to new business brought on by this transaction.
