Bensenville, IL - October 19, 2014 - Central States Trucking (CST), founded in 1980, and currently one of the fastest growing trucking companies in the Midwest (10 Midwest Offices, with over 700 total Employees and Drivers), has acquired Multi-Modal Trucking (MMT) and Multi-Modal Services (MMS).  The co/ambined entity will become the largest and most complete Intermodal Drayage Service Provider in the Indianapolis market.   

All of the management, office staff, and drivers of MMT and MMS will transition to Central States Trucking and will continue to provide the same high level of service to the Indianapolis shippers and receivers as they have done since 1999.  CST expects to further increase its existing driver base in this location to over 100 drivers in the coming months due to new business brought on by this transaction.
